Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Blogree. By using our service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Blogree to publish content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates the rights of others. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, hack, disrupt, or abuse the platform or its infrastructure.

You retain full ownership of all content you create using Blogree, including content generated with our AI tools. AI-generated content produced by our platform is provided to you for your use and is considered your intellectual property upon generation. We claim no ownership over content published through your connected sites.

Billing Cycles

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified.

Refunds

All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our 30-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscribers.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or downtime.

Blogree and its logos, platform, software, and documentation are the intellectual property of Blogree Technologies. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission. Our SDKs and open-source components are governed by their respective licenses.

By You

You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to the service and associated data will be available for export for 30 days before deletion.

Blogree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Blogree Technologies is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
